Hanging in there... Currently waiting on results from exam #4 for pharm. I can't believe how much trouble this class is giving me! *sigh* I'm pretty much set elsewhere...

How's everything with you? Are you as excited as me that classes are coming to a close soon?? Breaks need to be had!!!

I'm failing pharm!

I need a 90 on the final or else I'll be waiting till fall. I don't understand. I study and I feel I know all the material well. I wasn't even allowed to look at my last test to see what I messed up on. The way that class is set up especially with him is just horrible!

Sorry it happens to the best of all... honestly best time to take pharm at least for me was during the summer session. Where you met 2 times per wk and no midterm

I'm thinking about taking it this spring with the chair at 7am (yikes) and since I will only be taking that one class (since I have all bios already) I'm going to do a cna certification. I've been so bummed about having to repeat such a "silly" class (got all A's in my other four classes) because I hate having to waste time doing nothing.

But how is everything with you? Classes went well? Did you apply for the dual program?

Slow and steady wins the race... unfortunately my grades weren't high enough for the dual program... only 3 people got in but whatever... still happy to be starting my 3rd semester. Nursing 101 we had 70 students... Nursing 201 we started with 50 (8 had failed 201, so they were repeaters) Nursing 301 I believe it's less than 30.... A lot of nursing students can not make it through the Pharm Progression exam... learn your stuff girl!! It's the lil things that get you. On that note I also hate Pharm

Omgggg! Third semester! I'm so happy for u! That's awesome. If only I could get to the first semester. Lol.

It sucks that so many people can't get through the pharm exams and it's all because they are so picky with all the work one has to show. When I took this class at bmcc it was nothing like this and I got a b+, then here I'm basically failing!! Do the progression exams get harder each level up?

And yessssss, I need to learn my stuff, apparently I suck! Hehe!

But again congrats on making it through! I've heard from so many people how challenging it is!

You will make it through and it's better the pharm gets you now than while you are in the program. Yes every semester the progression test gets hard and the passing grade gets higher. I

believe your first semester is an 85 passing by the third it is increased to a 90.

If I got this far anyone can... it's not impossible. I am certain you will rock pharm next semester. Keep all your homework and your book. It will come useful while you are in the program. I wish I would have kept it
