Hi nurses, existing CSUSM ABSN students, new students,

I am applying to CSU San Marcos for Spring 2018! I am so excited. I am finishing up physiology now and taking the TEAS at the end of the month. Nervous but excited. I hope I get in. I need an A in physio and have a 88% right now.

My status just changed to "admitted" too! Should we be getting an email soon? Good luck to everyone!

Mine also just changed to "admitted" & "accept/decline" this is so exciting!!

I remember reading on our peoples posts from past years that they got the email the day after or shortly after.

Are they accepting all the students today or do they have multiple rounds of admitting people for Spring 2018? Does anyone know?

I was accepted for Fall 2017 but chose a different ABSN program. From my experience, CSUSM sends out acceptances in two waves. The second wave occurs when people decline/drop from the program.

I think they will do it in rounds. Just wait a couple days

My status just changed to admitted!!! I am so excited! I have not received an email yet, but I hope that gets sent in the next few days. Good luck everyone! I hope they finish changing everyone's status before the end of the day.

I'm a little nervous for the cost of this program but I think it will all work out :) let's start a Facebook page like the other cohort we will be the 30th cohort for the ABSN program at San Marcos

I got 31. 3.44 prenurs 3.83 overall 84.7% teas

I haven't received my email yet either and my status changed to "admitted" earlier this morning. Is anyone else in the same situation where they haven't received an email yet?

YES! It's normal, I already submitted my intent to enroll, etc. The past cohorts experienced the same thing. I believe from what I have read previously that we will receive an email from the school sometime tomorrow

Hello all!! Just got offered admission to CSUSM's Spring 2018 cohort. My stats were 33 points, 3.59 pre nursing core, 83% Teas. Good luck to all those still waiting to hear back and congrats to everyone admitted :)
