Hello Spring 2017 Cohort, I have applied for the Spring 2018 cohort and I would like to get a jump on the reading. I know the assigned texts may be different, but any suggestions will help. I was wondering if anyone can give me a clue what the first semester schedule will be? I have heard that it is all day Fridays. Is that true? The tentative schedule of classes for the first semester includes BIOL 323, PHIL 345 and ANTH 301. Does this sound right? If anyone can provide copies of syllabi or just book lists for the first semester classes, I will be grateful. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you for your time, Lindsey

I currently live in Oceanside, so San Marcos is much more convenient for me. With your evaluation score you should have no problem getting into any cohort that you want. I think the average score for last year's Spring cohort was 35ish.

Grimm, Your scores and GPAs are excellent! Congratulations! I have received my evaluation but have not heard anything about acceptance to the program yet. I hope to hear by the end of the month or early September, but some people from the spring 2017 cohort did not hear until about 3 months after they applied. The waiting game has begun and it is the worst part. Good luck! Lindsey
