Thought I would start a thread :) Has anyone received their acceptance from Cal State San Marcos?

Thanks guys! I found it! I searched that exact phrase and nothing came up but it gave me the option to specifically search for groups. and boom, there it was!

Congratulations! How many points did you guys have? Also, how long after you received your evaluation did you get your acceptance? I am still waiting on my evaluation. Hoping it comes soon :)

I had pretty low points like right at the cut off and I got my acceptance a year after sent in my evaluation

I submitted all my paperwork 8/12/15, took 2 weeks to receive my acceptance.

So i received my evaluation today, and when I went to check my application status it says "admitted", but I haven't gotten an e-mail yet. Is it too soon to celebrate? lol

If your student portal says admitted, I'm sure you're good to go! Haha I actually found out from my student portal first and I got an email the following day. I hope everything's all good!

I received the acceptance email about 2 weeks after my evaluation. I also found out on the student portal and received the official email the next day. I had 29 points with 90.7 on the TEAS, 3.60 nursing core GPA and 2.91 last 60 units. I did really terrible my last semester in college and it brought my GPA way down, my last 20 units post grad was a 4.0 though so I don't know if was taken into account. Also, my nursing core should have been higher but credit from AP classes gets factor in as a C grade, lame. From looking at other forums and admitted students anything 30+ points-wise will for sure get you acceptance right away, but people do get admitted in the lower 20s it just seems to take longer to hear back from the school. At least this is what I've seen. Hope this helps!
