CSUSM ABSN FALL 2020

Hi, Starting this for anyone applying to the FALL 2020 cohort at CSUSM. I think the deadline is March 11th. Good luck everyone!

I was thinking the same. There’s a lot of programs on hold or being pushed back. Spring might be the earliest we can go anyways

31 points - also curious how many points others have... was hoping to retake the TEAS, but first one was cancelled and now it looks like the next one might cancel, too... Looking for future opportunities to retake the TEAS & will also look to see if other programs are still accepting applications.

Yeah, I am a little worried that my May 29th date could be re-scheduled as well...lets just hope and pray that the point range for this cohort is similar to the one it was last year!! If so, we will be good!! I'll be praying every night haha.

I’ve decided to go the ADN route at a community college. I’m still waiting to hear from Saddleback, but that’s where I’d like to go. Given how much money I’ll personally save doing an ADN program then RN-BSN, and that it hasn’t been pushed back (at least not yet), for my situation withdrawing my application at CSUSM was the best decision.

applied March 3 - and received eval April 4... when did you apply? curious if many others have not yet received their evals yet either...

I applied right before the deadline, around March 6, I got my eval last week on April 21 in my email. I don't know my points yet though, because they had a question about one of my classes. Still waiting to hear back about it.
