CSUSM ABSN FALL 2020

Hi, Starting this for anyone applying to the FALL 2020 cohort at CSUSM. I think the deadline is March 11th. Good luck everyone!

straight "critical thinking" course that fulfilled A3 at Cal State

No problem! ? Call ATI customer service (1.800.667.7531) and state that University of Phoenix's San Diego campus has closed until June. They will verify on their end and will offer a refund or reschedule. Rescheduling only allows you to for the same testing center. So asking for a refund is the way to go due to not knowing when the campus will open, but it does take up to 60 days to receive it!

To register with SDSU, follow the same steps on ATI website with selecting testing locations in San Diego. A variety of different dates available to register for should pop up for the month of May with SDSU remote proctoring! Let me know if you guys have any questions! ?

Can someone explain to me what remote proctoring means?! How is that different from taking the TEAS at University of Phoenix? And does it effect when you get your scores after you are done testing?? Is it pen and paper or online? SO MANY Q's haha sorry! Tried researching it but I'm still slightly confused...

You take it online, on your own computer. You use a site that notifies the proctor if you open other tabs and you have to have your microphone and webcam on so they can make sure you’re not cheating. You should still get your scores right after.

I received an acceptance letter for Fall 2020. It doesn’t say that the start date is pushed to Spring, but I’m sure there will be another update email once the enrollment fee is paid for. I’ll keep you all in posted.

CONGRATS! Did you possibly get accepted to one of the spots in Cohort 37 (formerly Summer) that opened up when they delayed the semester and some people dropped out?

Yes - curious if it's for actually starting in Fall (previously Summer) or Spring! Either way - Amazing and CONGRATS!

Has anyone else heard anything? Or did those of you waiting for evals find out how many points you have yet? Good luck everyone!

Thank you! I believe I was admitted to Cohort 38

Congratulations! This is very exciting news! Did you get the letter in the mail or through your email, and did your CSUSM portal update to accepted?
