Im so sorry for everyone that didnt get in ? I got denied last year but got in this year so keep on trying!!

I received my rejection letter this morning as well. C'est la vie. Congratulations to everyone who got in, and best of luck to everyone applying to other programs!

I promised my to give my stats earlier in the thread once I was accepted or rejected for future prospects, so here they are:

3.4 undergrad GPA

4.0 pre-req GPA

No prior work experience in the field

No additional certification (EMT etc.)

120ish hours volunteering at a hospital with patient interaction

I received an email confirmation from Helga that she received my signed SIRPAF. I called yesterday to ask when we would see a status change on our CSUN portal and Helga informed me that they are waiting to finalize the roster still and that it should take a few more days. I didn't ask about the preclinical checklist.

I, too, would be interested in a FB group page!

Really wish we would get the preclinical checklist. We only have a little over a month to get everything situated.

Here are my stats for anyone looking for a reference of what they may be looking for:

3.76 Undergrad GPA

4.00 Prerequisite GPA

~260 hours volunteer work at a low income medical clinic

EKG Certified (highly recommend this as the course is only about 1 week long and not too costly)

BLS and CPR certified
