Good to hear!Hope you get to make it home for the holidays. I'm making a trip to Alabama before we start the program. So happy for you

Hopefully I can make it!!! If not, there will be more opportunities, I am sure!!! I hope you enjoy your trip to Alabama as well!! Good job for all of us!!

Who was saying they were going to start a Facebook group??

The president of CNSA made an official FB group for the Fall 2016 cohort.

Guys, don't forget to renew your FAFSA for year 17-18. This year they changed the month from Jan-1-17 to Oct-16. The faster you guys renew it sometime this month for school year 17-18, the better it will be because you usually get more than if you were to wait. This is the message they sent me:

"It's time for you to fill out the 2017–18 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) if you are going to school between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2018.

Two Big Changes to This Year's FAFSA

  • The FAFSA launched on October 1, three months earlier than in previous years. Complete your FAFSA as soon as possible to maximize your financial aid eligibility.
  • The 2017–18 FAFSA asks for older (2015) income and tax information than in previous years. This makes it easier to complete your FAFSA because at this point, most people have already filed their 2015 taxes and can transfer their tax information directly into the FAFSA right away using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool. This is fast, accurate, and lessens the amount of paperwork that may be required by your school."

Congrats to everyone that got in! Anyone on alternate list? If so any idea how many ppl they take in? I know different every year but just a general idea.

There are 10-15 alternates. Not sure how many get called up.

I'm digging my new email address. Haha

Anyone of you guys planning to take the WPE prior to SOAR?
