  1. Are you taking any classes this Fall 16? If you are, that's why it still says "Official Transcript" under your "To do list". You need to send CSULB one more official transcript when you grades are posted for this current semester! At least, that's what I've been told! :)
  2. Hopefully I can make it!!! If not, there will be more opportunities, I am sure!!! I hope you enjoy your trip to Alabama as well!! Good job for all of us!!
  3. I GOT IN!!!! OMG! I am going to have the best night of sleep tonight!!!!! hahahaahahah
  4. This was very helpful and also comforting regarding this waiting! Thank you so much!!!!! Good luck during this semester as well as the others that are on the way! I am sure you will do awesome :) Besides attending orientation and all the material we are required to get, is there anything more to be done prior the beginning of classes? I am asking because I am an international student and I'd love to go back home for Christmas/New Years to visit my family. However, I am afraid I'll be stuck here to get all these things done... Moreover, planning a trip and finding good price for plane tickets require time and patience, so I'd have to start looking asap. Overall, I am afraid to go and end up having to get things done in the US while I am many miles away (at least 17 hours away by plane lol). On average, do you remember how long it took you to gather everything you needed before semester started? Do you think it's possible to have all of the material between the time we find out if we were accepted until mid December? Once again, thank you so much, we all really appreciate you help a lot!!!
  5. I called them last week to find out if we were awarded partial credit or if it was pass/fail!!! hahahahaha
  6. I am definitely excited!!!! This rare rainy weather makes me calm... lol Trying not to think too much about it now and it will be what's meant to be!!!
  7. Exactly, I don't believe I missed that many things in order to fail the entire exercise you know (hopefully I am right and my expectations are not broken lol) Good luck one more time guys! :)
  8. I didn't ask her that, sorry A friend of mine called her recently and she said she'd only be able to post stats for spring 17 and send the emails once the committee hands her the results. She wasn't very specific about date since she is unsure herself.
  9. Ok, I just called Monalisa Ward and asked about the communication exercise points award. She said you either pass or fail. So, you were right about getting 0 or 2 points!!!! I actually like that more than getting partial points.
  10. I believe tomorrow (Friday Oct 21st) will be the 7th business day after the comm exercise since the committee does not work on the weekends. Therefore, make sure you don't count Saturdays and Sundays as business days :)
  11. Me neither! Cross your fingers to get something tomorrow, or it will be a long and painful weekend lol
  12. What you said is definitely true. The more time passes, the more I think of things I should have said or maybe not said. However, I'd like to think that this is our brain playing tricks on us since we are really stress out about this!! You have an amazing score and I believe you will be fine!!! Good luck again! :)
  13. Always hope for the best but also prepare for the worse. I don't say this just regarding acceptance letters, but use this for everything in your life. This way, if things do go right, then you celebrate; on the other hand, if they don't go as planned than you were already prepared and ready to move forward! Anyway, good luck for all of us!!! And for those who are nervous as much as I am, inhale slowly and deeply, exhale and try to change your line of thoughts. This has been helping me to stop freaking out about this upcoming email!! :)
  14. I feel similar, would definitely have done better on the written portion but the other activities were fine.... WAITING IS THE TERRIBLE PART OF THIS!! *dying already*
  15. I am in Group A 11 am as well!!! I guess I will see you there!!!
