CSULB Spring 2016 applicants!

Published

Everyone who is applying post your overall scores!

i am currently at a 9.48! I think I might take the TEAS again to try and bump up my score.

I'm so nervous! I really hope we all get in. I really don't want to study for the TEAS again and try for the fall because I feel like fall is going to be even more competitive. Where do you guys predict the cutoff will be around this spring?

Honestly its hard to tell cause there will probably be about 200+ applicants and we only have a few stats but if we base it off of fall stats which were really high (the cutoff was 9.55) it should be a little lower than fall hopefully about 9.4? seeing all the high scores on here makes me very nervous!:nailbiting:

is anybody gonna keep working if they get into the program? Financially, I need to work because I want to keep my loans to a minimum. I currently work at a local hospital per-diem, so like 8-16 hours/week, but I will be switching positions and potentially working 24 hours/week (2 days 7am-730pm). Do you think that would be too much?

@Mrclean01 I hear it's recommended not to work for atleast the first semester so your cab properly adjust to the nursing schedule. But it all depends on the person, maybe you will be perfectly fine working those 24 hours a week.

I got an email today stating I have been chosen for an interview! Check your emails everyone!

I got an email inviting me to an interview as well! :)

Got the e-mail :) Is this the communication exercise, or an actual interview? Kind of confused...

got the email as well. I'm nervous now.

Me too, I look forward to meeting all you beautiful tropical fish in 2 weeks!

CONGRATS!!!! You're one step closer to getting in! I hope the interview isnt too hard.....

Oh, my e-mail said that the "interview" is taking place next Wednesday, the 7th... What date did you guys get?
