Everyone who is applying post your overall scores!
i am currently at a 9.48! I think I might take the TEAS again to try and bump up my score.
4.0 GE and pre-reqs. I have just under a 9.3, so I'm taking the TEAS in 2 weeks and again at the end of August. I want to try and shoot for 9.5-9.6 range as this seems like a solid score for obtaining an interview. My friend I mentioned applied with a 9.51. I forgot to ask what # she was on the wait list, but she ended up by getting in. She said something like 20+ alternates were accepted for Fall 2015.
Hello everyone, I'm a little confused on GPA. So the GE GPA counted is only 4 classes (stats, oral communication, college composition, critical thinking) and science GPA is only Anatomy, Physio, Micro, and Chem? I got A's in all those classes, an overall 83.3% on the Teas, and a 96.7% on the math.
I am applying for spring as well.....
I have a 4.0 for my science GPA
My general GPA is a bit complicated to calculate since I transferred from a quarter system to a semester system without finishing English but I think I have a 3.75?
I haven't taken the TEAS yet tho.... I'm taking it next month... I just started studying... Do you guys have any tips? How hard was it? Also are there any physics questions because I never took physics before....
Ps wow all of your scores look amazing!!! You guys are so smart!
For physics, from what I remember, there was only kinetic and potential energy questions. For example, you have a battery powered clock, what type of energy is used. I don't remember exactly how the question was worded but it was chemical energy then kinetic energy. Google examples online because the manual doesn't really help for this section. I found the math to be the easiest. The science wasn't too bad. Don't neglect the studying scientific reasoning section. There were some science questions not covered in the manual. I used this to study https://allnurses.com/teas-exam-help/how-i-passed-804222.html. English and reading is what brought my score down. For the reading section I was running out of time so I had to guess on some of the questions
Hi everyone!I have a feeling that spring is not going to be as easy to apply to with all of the high scores! I recently took the TEAS and got a 92% overall and 90% on the math portion. I believe my score is a 9.37, but crossing my fingers that I can get into the nursing program!
How were your grades?
took my TEAS a couple weeks ago and got a 90.2 overall and a 96.7 on the math. My science/ gen ed gpa is 4.0, so I think that puts me at a 9.75. im transfering from a CC, so im a bit worried that the university itself will reject me for some reason lol. my CSU gpa is 3.98, so hopefully I'll have a shot and the university and the SON. I'm applying to the university today and I'm gonna mail in my SON app next week once my transcript comes in.

I have a good friend who go in For Fall 2015. We are both transfer students from a local JC. She was waitlisted. I'm pretty sure they put anyone on the waitlist regardless of their home school. It just comes down to points from what I understand.
