Thanks msnapplicant. It seemed like I waited forever but I have not waited as long as you did. It just seem's strange that they picked alternates and admitted alternates before reviewing an application that was completed in February and interviewed in March. Maybe the process is different than I assumed would be the logical progression.

Still haven't heard anything yet? That is very odd. Well, I called Jorge today and asked if there have been a number of students that have declined their spots and he said there were none. This is confusing bc msnapplicant told us that she declined her spot after being notified 2 weeks ago. He also said that he will be sending out letters to those students who were wai-listed by mid-July to notify them of their current status. With that said, I'm guessing they may not fill-in open spots till them???

To all of those in the 2009 cohort...just wondering what your cohort size was when you started? I am trying to gauge the number being admitted into the program. I was told during the workshop that there would be between 36-38 admitted but during the interview I was told 30.

Also am curious to see if the budget cuts are affecting the numbers of people being admitted each year. I appreciate your input. Thank you!
