CSU Stanislaus Spring 2014

Hi guys, just wanted to know who is thinking to apply to CSu Stanislaus for Spring 2014, application process starts September and it will be my 2nd time applying. Last spring I was #15 on the waiting list, but had an awful Teas score, now I am retaking Teas and will apply again. Anyone else????

I'm not sure what the points were to get in last semester. I wish they showed their average points in their application!

Hey amberkarrer and sil410, are you both transferring over to Stanislaus? You both have phenomenal stats! I have a 3.80 GPA, 4.0 Science and 3.92 Non-Science. I got an 85.3 on the TEAS. No bilingual or anything, but got some volunteer hours done. I calculated and it looks like I got somewhere in the 90's. I am not exactly sure. I'm getting so nervous knowing it is only 6 weeks away and then we will find out!

Also, I know a couple people who were admitted to the program for this last Fall. It really just depends on the semester you apply and the application pool. I believe scores in the 90's are pretty solid. However, I am not too sure. I know people who got in with a TEAS score of 70.

I have around 69-70 points so my chances are very low.

Keep your head up km1313. We will have final decisions in mid November, so no one is guaranteed. Does anyone want to share financial solutions to the nursing program?

Hello! Just curious, I saw a few people say they received acceptance emails. Is this the first year that they're letting people know through email? I've never heard of that before. I thought that was why we had to enclose a self addressed/stamped envelope?

Hello! i've received my acceptance e-mail on my private e-mail that i entered in on my nursing application for Spring 2014 on October 25th. Im so shocked. I am worried since this is the first semester acceptance e-mail have been sent out. I did not receive an acceptance e-mail on myCSUStan.edu email which is why I am worried that I could have received it by mistake...? Has anyone that received an acceptance e-mail on their myCSUStan.edu e-mail or only on their person e-mail? Also the e-mail was solely addressed to "Dear Student,.." It was not personalized. My overall points were around 87 I believe.

Yes, we had to send a self-addressed and stamped envelope because the acceptance letter will arrive by "hard copy" in the mail.
