CSU Stanislaus Spring 2014

Hi guys, just wanted to know who is thinking to apply to CSu Stanislaus for Spring 2014, application process starts September and it will be my 2nd time applying. Last spring I was #15 on the waiting list, but had an awful Teas score, now I am retaking Teas and will apply again. Anyone else????

Early October, 2013 I went into the Nursing Department to inquire about the time frame of when letters will be sent out. She also told me that last semester they had Alternates in the 20s, (I believe it was all the way to alternate number 24) make it into the program. She explained that several people choose to not go to CSU Stan for the nursing program despite being accepted because they were accepted to other programs with campuses closer to their residence.

I also spoke to a woman who was accepted into the program at 18 years old but had to give up her spot because of family issues.

In short, there are alternates for a reason! Do not lose hope! :)
