Hi, did anyone else apply for the Pre-Licesure BSN program for Stanislaus State? If so, what were your stats? Does anyone know when we will hear word of final decisions?

I probably will. I don’t know which book to use for the medical terminology exam. I wish they would tell us a bit more specific what would be on the exam because there’s a ton of terms. I dont want to study the wrong stuff.

Hi Carebear1234, if you don't mind, do you think you could tell me how first semester is like? With only 2 days of classes, will there be a lot of stuff we have to do outside of class that requires me to be at school because I will be commuting ?. Also, how is the medical terminology exam? Should I be studying prefixes/suffixes, or actual medical terms like diabetes or hypertension? Thanks!

I understand that our orientation is in August, but I got the email about NSO on July 23rd in Stockton. It says if we don't attend we won't be able to enroll. I know we are exempted from paying the $75 and I don't think we technically have to go on the 23rd. Is that right? Is the 23rd the date we can enroll in classes though? Or do I have to go to orientation in Stockton to enroll? I'll need to add a non-nursing class because the 1st semester is only 9 units and don't want to have no open class options. Does anyone know for sure how this works?

The instructions I got said not to do anything with castlebranch until after orientation on Aug 19th.
