CSU Stanislaus ASBSN Spring 2021

Published

I'm curious as to how many people on here are planning on applying for the ASBSN program through Stanislaus State. Due to Covid-19, the process is entirely online. While the application fee has been waived (hooray!) we do have to pay for transcripts to be emailed electronically so the cost evens out (dangit). It looks like a fabulous program, and although it's pricey at around $36k it's cheaper than other accelerated programs in the Sacramento/NorCal region.

I’m still deciding if I will move to stockton. I live in Pittsburg so it’s a bit far but I also have a 3-yr old mama’s boy who I don’t want to leave for longer than 24 hrs.

Hello everyone! Congrats to everyone who got in! I also got in, but I think I have decided to attend a different school instead. Good luck to everybody and I wish you all well!!

I did not get an email. ☹️ I was accepted into an Associate program at a community college, but I had really been hoping to get into this program. Oh well--congratulations to you guys who did get in!

I haven't received any email as well.
For those who got accepted, may you share your stats with us please?

Update! I just received my email and I am on waitlist!

@santacruzsandy5- I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully, you'll get in the waitlist. The last day to accept for those who got in is Nov 2.

Congratulations to those who got accepted!

Well whaddya know? I did get on the waitlist! I’m #21, so the chances of getting in are slim to none, but at the very least I didn’t get outright rejected. Thank you for your kind message @Zee28!

I also got in! Congrats to everyone who got in and if you are on the wait-list I'll put out good vibes that you get in also! @ chesed18 I live in Berkeley too and I don't think I'm moving but we'll have to see about how often in person classes/clinicals are. Maybe once quarantine relaxes we can carpool!

I'm so looking forward to meeting you all!

Me too! Yay ? Curious - is everyone planning to move to Stockton? I live in Berkeley, which is 1.5-2 hours away depending on traffic. If our clinicals and labs only have us on campus a few days a week I may just commute in.

Hey guys! Congrats to those who got in and good luck to those on the wait list.

If anyone else on this forum is having the transcript disqualification problem, I'd love to talk to you about it.

Hello everyone!

I just got accepted. I am not from NorCal, so I am unfamiliar with the area. For those of you that got in, what are your rooming plans? I heard from a previous thread (ASBSN 2020) that their clinicals are only once a week during quarantine. Is the area safe? Thanks!

Hey all! Long time lurker here... Congrats to everyone who was accepted!! To those on the waitlist, best of luck!?
