I applied to the nursing program for CSU Fresno for Fall 2017 and I wanted to know if anyone out there also applied to the program. Has anyone received their denial/acceptance letter or email? So far I an email saying that I completed Phase 1 of the nursing program and I am in Phase 2 of the nursing program process. It said that it consists of an in-person writing prompt and I have an appointment for it. I have never heard of Fresno State doing a Phase 1 or Phase 2 admissions process, so I am confused about this. Has anyone else heard about this step or has gotten this email regarding this?
Hey, what's you guys prereq GPA? Mine is 3.86 prereq GPA. I got one B in A&P and all other 7 prereq A's. Do you have think 3.86 prereq is good? I got 86 on the TEAS.
I think you GPA is good because in order to be competitive you have to have had a 3.7 so I think you are good. I have a 4.0 GPA in all the prerequisites.
HI everyone! I wasn't able to make it to the written exam this past Friday... Is anyone else on the same boat or everybody went? How was it? It sucks because they only gave one available date, I hope they will have another date open soon.
I got the email about Phase 1 and 2. However I was denied admission before even getting into Phase 2. So if you are going into Phase 2, that is a VERY GOOD SIGN! Take advantage! Good luck to everyone!
Hey guys! I applied for this Fall 2017 Semester as well. Anyone have any idea of when they will be sending in the admissions decisions? The whole phase 2 definitely threw me off as well. I stand at a 84.7% on the TEAS, and 4.0 GPA overall and in prereqs.

So I actually e-mailed them and they said it is only a WRITTEN exam. That made me less nervous, whew!
