Hi everyone! I am applying to Chico State's nursing program for Spring 2016. I believe to have 93 points.

Anybody else applying to California State University, Chico for Spring 2016?

Does anyone mind sharing how many points you have towards the program?

Just got my acceptance too! So relieved. Can't wait to meet you all this Spring!

Hi all, I created a facebook group for those of us starting California State University, Chico in Spring 2016. It is called "CSU-Chico Nursing Class of 2018." I made it private in case we (in the future) want to talk about profs or the school. You can join if you send me your email address or you can find it on facebook and ask to be added. I am looking forward to meeting everyone! Also I live in Chico, so if you need advice on part of town to live in, let me know.

I got accepted today with a final score of 93! It was 4.5 years ago that I decided to go back to school for a career change. Whew! It's been a lot of hard work. I can't wait to start some actual hands on nursing training! Congrats all who made it this semester!

Also I live in Redding so I'd love to find anyone else from Redding who want to carpool to the program, save on gas money, and perhaps study together. :)

First, I'm looking forward to meeting you all in the Spring! I received the email two days ago on the 14th and thank god 90 points got me in 😌 I was probably the 40th ranked applicant taking into account that this semester's cutoff was 89.75 points lol

Is anyone planning on commuting? I am coming from Grass Valley, so I'm looking at 1 1/2 hour commute from my home, just made the drive yesterday. I am wondering if anyone is in the same position as me. I also just picked up the information packet, very exciting!

Is anyone familiar with how Chico verifies work related experience for points. for example CNA work?
