CSU Channel Islands Goleta Program Spring 2020

Hi everyone, I stumbled across this thread and wanted to say hello. I applied with an estimated 35 points and was told everyone should find out admission status around the last week of October. I'm pretty anxious!

I have a question regarding transfer admission into CSU as I still haven't even heard about acceptance into the school. Is anyone else applying as a transfer?

Hi,

I have heard people finding out that they gained admission into CSU’S now for spring semester. I heard that some didn’t receive emails they found out via their portal. I would check your myCI and go to CI records! Best of luck!

it says that you have submitted your intent to enroll and you can ignore just pay attention to your To -Do items. Hope this helps.

My nursing application says it is still under review, I don't think we will find anything out until 4 weeks after the deadline so probably around Oct. 15th. Has anyone been admitted to CSU Channel Islands?

I was told that CSUCI won't process the application until the Goleta program is finished reviewing (accept or deny) an applicant's file. So, if you haven't heard about admittance into the university yet, chances are that Goleta is not finished with your application.

No I have not heard anything. My application is still under review. This waiting game is killing me!

Same here guys! I check everyday even though I know we will have at least another week till we find out lol

also I was looking and when the original application date was Aug 1-31, applicants heard by Sept 27th so I’m guessing we should hear soon?

I’m just curious, but is Goleta everyone’s first choice or are you guys waiting to hear back from other schools? Personally, it’s my first choice since I live in Goleta and want to stay in the area.
