Hi guys I wanted to start a conversation for the Spring 2020 CSUCI Goleta Program applicants. It'd be awesome to hear everyone's stats and any updates anyone has received. Good luck to you all!

Hey there! I applied with 34 points and I’m feeling really nervous about my chances of getting in. When I went to the informational meeting, they said the range last year was 32-38 points. Looking through old forums, I’ve seen people at 29 get accepted but 34 get rejected so I have no idea what to expect. Does anyone know when we’ll hear back?
Hi! Thanks for replying! I have 33 points and I am also super nervous. I heard that the range was 32-38 last year as well and the application was due Aug 31 last year so everyone found out whether they were accepted or denied the last week of september/ first week of october so it will probably be about 5 or 6 weeks past September 15th when we find out for this year. I know last year's alternate list was at 31 points too. Fingers crossed for us both!
Good luck to you as well ? Thank you for the information!

Hi so glad I found this thread!!
I am currently at 36 points. Feeling super anxious. Just worried about the residency portion, I am from Ventura County, but I am a current CI student. Anyone else?

Hi, I’m not a CI student but I’d like to help! Are you trying to get both the 4 points from being a CI student and 6 for residency? How are you proving your residency?

Oh no. I am a current CI student and I know how to prove it. I meant I’m worried how people who live in SB points match vs. those who don’t. Hoping for the best for all of us!!
Ohhhh, I get it now. I wouldn’t stress too much if I were you! At 36 points you seem like a great candidate ?
Has anyone turned in the supplemental criteria to the school? If so, what did you put in your package? Turning in today, want to make sure I have everything!
I turned in the supplemental criteria! I turned in official transcripts, copy of my license (for proof of SB County residency), proof of health care experience, and my unofficial transcripts (but I'm not sure if they really needed my unofficials). I put everything in one big envelope. Good luck!
Has anyone’s application status went from under review-> to review?
Mine still says under review.
