I am hoping to Apply for spring 17.
i take my Kaplan on May 14, leaving me room to take again, in the event I fail... Before my Kaplan test I have 36 points... You?
I have my advising meeting tomorrow... I've gotten some conflicting info on whether or not 2017 has to take the teas AND Kaplan or one or the other... Hoping to clear it up tomorrow though... I think I'm mid 20s ... So we'll see but last I heard the last couple semesters ppl were getting in eight points in thre teens!!!
I met with my advisor in February and she said the Kaplan only. This is the first time I am hearing about taking both... Csn doesn't even offer teas testing anymore.
let me know the outcome
That's what I thought but A friend told me this last week from her advising meeting hopefully ur right!
Okay so we CAN still take either the teas or the KAP.. BUT CSN doesn't offer the teas anymore so we'd have to find somewhere to take it and pay the fee... Whereas the Kaplan is offered at CSN and is free for students

Totally answered my questions, thanks! I'm trying for Spring 2017 also, but might have to be okay with Fall 2017 if my classes don't transfer fast enough.

Hey everyone! I'll be applying for spring 2017 with 37 points. Retaking Kaplan again in August to try to grab an extra point or two. Only thing I have left is my meeting with advisor, limited entry workshop and then turning my application packet. Hoping to have enough points . How many points does everyone have or expecting to have when applying? I heard last year the alternate/wait list was low-mid 20's...
Hello! It sounds like you will have no problem getting in with 37 points. I'm planning on applying with 34 or 35 points, depending on how I do on the Kaplan. Do you have any advice for the test?
I hope have enough, I'm just a worry wart lol. For Kaplan I would say to study your A & P systems. On my Kaplan I had questions on cardiovascular system, immune system,fluid & electrolytes, neurology,gastrointestinal,rebels system,hematological system,respiratory system, homeostasis,sensory.
So pretty much everything? lol
application deadline is coming! Thinking about making a Facebook page for Spring 2017 hopefuls so we can all wait in agony until we receive the calls...
Anyone interested in joining?
