CSM - College of San Mateo - 2019 applicants

Published

Just wanted to see for who has applied to the CSM ADN program. I applied last year for the LVN to RN bridge, but was waitlisted, so I applied for it again this year. Crossing my fingers.

I'm also in the top 90 applicants. Yay! ?

Congrats! :D It's only been a few days and I'm already going crazy I feel like! I find it so strange that we have to wait a whole extra month to find out.

Is CSM everyone's first choice ? Or backup lol

I think it will be my first choice depending on the process for getting into the bridge program. 2.5 years BSN through SFSU is pretty incredible.

Just to CSM, CCSF and USF — will apply to SFSU and UCEB in Aug if I don’t get in this round. You?

CSM is my backup, my first choice is Chabot.

Specializes in Primary Care.

CSM is my first choice since I'm already an LVN. If I don't get in, I'll be taking the HESI for De Anza, since they don't take TEAS.

@mariexo8 - what does the Chabot Schedule look like?

Did you apply through the LVN-RN route or the regular ADN ??

Specializes in Primary Care.

@john3219 - I applied the LVN-RN route. I forgot to apply via the regular ADN route in addition to my bridge application, so I'm just waiting... patiently and impatiently.

I'm not sure quite sure, but Chabot is my first choice because it's closest to my home and I completed all my pre-reqs there. No other reason haha.
