Hi everyone,

I am new to this site.And I am gonna take CRNE FEB 2011 and very nervous.Can anyone guide me what books do I need to study for this exam. I would also appreciate if there is any sugestions for review centre in vacouver or surrey because i live in b.c.

Passed in Ottawa. FYI I am also US trained, and a women's health NP in the States. Have to say, that exam was tricky (11 years out of school) and I think it is unacceptable that it's paper based with such a slow response time. Will be writing a letter to the CNA/O for what it's worth. Good luck to all .....

did anyone got their results in alberta?

Hi Rosemt,

The Canada post delivered mails in my neighbourhood today, but nothing from CARNA. I am not surprised at this though, because going by the established pattern of result release by CARNA, the second batch usually arrive Calgary on the second Monday after a month of writing the CRNE. So, by Monday of the coming week, that is March 14, everyone in Alberta will have received their results. Hang on there! After two more days of waiting, the sky will brighten up for us come Monday. By God's grace, we shall be testifying of His goodness soonest. All the best!

After I checked my mail I slept and woke up this afternood and checked the mail again.. There's only one mail and it is from CNO.. I PASSED!! My knees are shaking and I cannot explain how happy I am! This is my 1st attempt and an IEN like others =) Really Happy! Congrats to everyone!

In Alberta, and as far as the CRNE is concerned, it appears that the longer one waits, the better the outcome at the end. This is my hypothesis going by the pattern of CRNE result release in Alberta. All the people I heard that received earlier failed. The second batch were released this week from the CARNA office in Edmonton. Edmonton received theirs already. Other cities will receive theirs from Monday next week. Let's wait and see. Let us keep on hoping! Mails already came from the Canada Post for today but nothing from CARNA. I am not surprised at that because I was not expecting it today but next Monday (March 14) going by what I knew or have experienced (based on my two previous CRNE attempts in Alberta)
