Hi, I am just writing to wish you all luck. I could hardly forget the time I took the exam and my aftermath feeling. It was almost last year but now that much stress and hard work paid off. Wish you all Feb exam taker Luck. Just try to relax and wait for the result.
It is hard to relax but no other choice it is done you can not change it but atleast you can enjoy your time which you could never return it back. I looked like my mom with this much saying...........:heartbeat:typing:cool::sofahider
Any one knows where do they send out all the results from...I mean are they mailed from Toronto, as they seem to be getting results quicker than all the other cities ?Or they are all sent to their own cities as bunches and they send out the results on their own time...do you understand what I mean?
From the CRNE bulletin on obtaining your results, the link for which I have posted several times including in Post #81 of THIS THREAD:
3. MAILING OUT EXAM RESULTS
The next weeks are extremely busy in preparation for the results mail-out. Your pass or fail result will be sent to your provincial or territorial regulatory authority within 8-12 weeks of the examination date. The regulatory authority will then mail your result to you; how long it takes for you to receive your result from the regulatory authority varies, depending on the jurisdiction. Questions regarding receipts of results should be directed to your provincial or territorial regulatory authority. Also please remember to contact your provincial or territorial regulatory authority should you have a change of name and/or address.
So the short answer is that the results come from the head office of your provincial regulatory authority... CNO in Ontario, which is in... let me guess... TORONTO.
Hi everyone:
So I am not in Canada, I only visited for 3 weeks to prepare and sit the exam. I got the letter today, it was sent to my sister in Brampton. When I called her she said she was out, but that she did get a letter for me in the mail. Waited four hours before finally she called to say I PASSED!!!!:clpty::clphnds::onbch:
I've been down this road before. Meaning, I sat the NCLEX and passed but after working in the States for a year on my OPT, my green card is still pending. Chose to go back home and wait because I couldn't afford to stay in the States as an international without a job, lost everything (job, car, furniture, independence after living on own for over 10 years). My dad encouraged me to go to Canada and try getting registered there. guys I can't begin to tell you the loss I have experienced over this pass year...
I was feeling so stressed and depressed because I was a nurse without a job with bills in States that I am still paying because I don't want to mess up credit in lieu of going back (maybe-can't burn bridges)!
I went back to my home land in July and I started this process with CNO in September when I visited Canada for the first time, got assessed, then got the letter to say I'm qualified to sit the exam. I applied to do it, you guessed it, Feb. 4! I have cried, I have been angry, blablabla!
I passed! Another country, the beginining of another journey, I hope to finally settle down.
To those who have passed, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
Ayel and others who have not passed, it gets worst before it gets better (see my last post)! We have worked very hard and stuck to it to graduate nursing school, its not over, yours is coming...study hard!
Hello Buddies,
So I finally received small, white, light weight envelope and it said I PASSED:wink2:....OMG...I had to see it a 100 times to believe it...So finally I am a
...
Congrats to all who passed..and those who didn't...just hang in there..you will make in next trial...
Thanks for every ones support and encouragement in this long waiting period.
