CRNA University of Miami starting 2021

Hey everyone, I have started a thread for the 2021 CRNA cohort at the University of Miami. I could not seem to find one for this application cycle.

I have just applied and am hoping I get an interview.

Specializes in ICU.

I was told I could take up to a month meaning April

When I interviewed on the 5th they told me they would send out admissions notifications in a month.

When I asked they said a couple of weeks but from last years thread people started hearing back on March 20th and their last interview day was the 7th

Are they done with interviews? Those “genetic” messages stated they were still reviewing applications. I wonder if those were sent out just to stop applicants from calling them.

From what Jackie stated when I was called the last interview day was March 6th.

I called on Friday and they said they’re still reviewing applications and giving out interviews.

If there is any advice I can give you is to know your area well because they are going to ask you clinical questions based on the unit you work in. And of course, they will also ask your generic interview questions.

Hello All !
I just joined the forum. I got called for an interview ! . It started Feb 26 -March 8 . I'm not sure if that was set in stone since they had so many applications. The waiting game is what kills me LOL. Good luck to you all !

When did you interview? How was it? How many people were on the panel?
