CRNA University of Miami starting January 2019

Hello everyone,

I have started the application process for the BSN to DNP Anesthesia Track program at University of Miami that will start January 2019. It would be nice to know who else is applying to compare information, help one another, and start getting to know our classmates. Feel free to comment! :)

I interviewed on 4/30 and I received my acceptance letter yesterday. When I called they did tell me that notifications will be going out by the end of the week. Good luck you all!

So happy for all that have gotten in!! I was late in applying (March 7), but received a cane ID and an email 5/3 that my application was under review (i know someone that received a denial letter),so maybe there is still hope to get an interview...I was told two weeks ago that I would receive an invite or not by the end of May...I just found this thread so I'm going to call tomorrow and see if they are still going to do one last batch of interviews...anyone else in this same boat....

I am on the same boat. Applied late and was told I should be hearing from them soon. I called Tuesday and was told they are still calling for interviews

Oh thanks for the info...I applied late bc FIU was my first choice and felt UM was too expensive..I did get invited for an interview at FIU on Tuesday and thought I did well but waiting for decisions...I think you applied there as well as I saw your name on the FIU thread? I'm still going to call them tomorrow.

Same boat here . I guess we have to wait till the end of this month and hopefully get some positive news.

Well I called UM today and she said definitely within 2-3 weeks should here something regarding an invite or not....ugh the wait!!

I sent an email inquiring about the status of my application and I was told that a letter was mailed to me. I'm assuming this means I was not accepted since the folks that got in were notified via email. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't get in and at the same time relieved that I have a decision. I still have time to apply for Barry so I guess I will be gearing up to study for the dreaded GRE. Again, congratulations to everyone accepted this application cycle.

when did you interview?? i just called and they told me desicions havent been made.. i interviewed may 1st
