I've never found a CRNA school that takes only an ADN?? Anyone out there know of one? or two?Ivypetals
It is a Master's program, so you need at least a four year degree in something. If only trying to go in with a BS or BA and not a BSN, you are severly limiting yourself to schools that you can even apply to.........
i will finish the bsn may 2006 and have my 1 yr of icu...just wanted to make sure i was on the right track. thanks!

My hospital offers a CRNA program that accepts ADNs with a bachelors in something else......a few years ago it became a requirement that all CRNA programs offer a Master's degree....With this, my hospital went in conjuntion with a local university to offer a Master's in Health Care Adminstration with your CRNA...With that being said..it would seem you would move along faster with a BSN if you consider that fact that you would have to have an ADN, 2yrs...A bachelors in whatever, 4yrs.....ICU experience, at least 1yr...then the CRNA program being 27mos...
