CRNA mentorship

Published

Hello everyone,

I have been a CRNA for 8 years and last December I got promoted to Associate Chief CRNA in a Level 1 Trauma Center. I have been thinking about creating a mentorship program to help RNs to get into anesthesia school, survive school, and also to transition to their CRNA career.
Would that be helpful? Please let me know your opinion.

Thanks.

Hi there,

I was wondering if you were able to start something? I just got into two schools and am torn between the two. I am also terrified of the rigorous requirements of CRNA school and could use advice. Regardless, would love to find a mentor!

I would love to know if you are doing a mentorship. I have applied several schools and I could use some assistance.

Hii! I know it's been a few years, but I would love to be mentored!! I plan to apply within the next two years, but would take any advice into consideration! Has this been started? Thank you!!
