there is an article in one of my new nursing magazines titled: Media portrayals: Cheers and jeers. One of the "cheers" went to the Boston Globe for a series of articles about the experiences of a new grad ICU nurse. It is a really good piece.........interesting and a great portrayal of what ICU nurses do. I copied the link here. hope it works
