I have been diving through information for months preparing to jump through the hoops of becoming a nurse with a criminal record. I have a felony for grand theft (from when I was 18) and multiple misdemeanors (child endangerment for dui with a 17 year old in my car when I was 19, a batter case also from my felony at 18) I failed probation and was sentenced to 6 months instead. I had a rough upbringing and was never aware of my existence or impact. I have gone through therapy, and on to build my own business wrapping cars which successfully changed my views on life and career paths. I’ve for a long time just decided I would never be able to do anything else with such a bad record, but now I’m determined to make something happen. I want to become a nurse, and I’m curious if anyone has any input or experience with something similar and could help me out! Anything helps thanks!
