Criminal Charge

At a recent concert I was arrested and charged with assault 3rd on an officer, public intox, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Prior to this I've only been in trouble once in '06 for a domestic case with my husband and it was null processed. I've hired an attorney but I've been told you have to self report these things to the board. I'm scared to death I'll lose my license and therefore my ability to support my family. I have lost so much sleep over this and wanted to know has this happened to anyone else in Alabama? Please no ugly comments I'm beating myself up enough! I have small kids and I'm so disgusted!
