I'm an RN in CA and I'm hoping to get some advice from this group. Last October I was arrested for domestic violence. Although I have a lawyer and am denying all charges (I am 100% innocent but that isn't really relevant to this post so I'll skip the details), we all know how the BRN is. My lawyer just told me that the BRN is attempting to revoke my license before I go to trial. I have not received anything from the BRN informing me of an investigation yet. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for BRN attorneys in CA or simply if anyone has any advice at all. Please, no judgement. Thank you for any and all help.

Definitely obtain an attorney that is well versed in defending your license. You will probably need both (criminal and license defense) lawyers, but I would recommend it!
Good luck to you and I hope all turns out well.
