Creighton University ABSN Fall 2018

Hey everyone! I am applying for the Fall 2018 ABSN program at Creighton. I don't have a preference when it comes to which city I go to.

Has anyone been accepted already? I've seen multiple people who got accepted already as early as last month so they clearly review applications fast.

Where are you in Nor Cal? I am in Sac and got in to Omaha for fall as well. They respond really quick. That evening I had a change in my application and the 3 classes I have in process when "pending-post admit" then on Monday I received everything by email. Good luck!

I was going to apply to other programs but this was tied for my first choice for a couple reasons and when I got in I just accepted.

I hadn't seen that Phoenix was less expensive but I know that Omaha is less expensive cost of living so maybe that balances it.

I am in San Francisco. I was told that I will find out my decision by the first week of March. I'm hoping to get into either campus but I have been officially accepted into the school in Indiana (Marian University) so at least I have a guaranteed back up just in case.

In case I do get in - I'd be conflicted because my current program is 16 months, the lectures are online so we have less time in class, it starts way earlier, we get 1 week breaks every quarter whereas Creighton has 0 breaks but does have a high reputation but either way, I'd finish both programs in August.

I don't have the specific calendar, but I do know that August 20th is the first day of classes with Orientation on the 16th and 17th. We do follow the CreightonU Academic schedule for holidays,etc.

When I have the specific calendar, I will make sure to share.

Hey guys,

I have been accepted to Creighton's Accelerated BSN for the fall semester at the Phoenix campus. I went and toured the facilities but still feel like I don't know that much about the program and schedule. I have however paid my deposit so I will 100% be attending.

I didn't get accepted because of my GPA. They said I could reapply after I finish my prerequisites - luckily I already got into Marian's program and will be starting there in May. Congrats to anyone who was accepted and good luck to everyone!

Received my acceptance notification in an email today! I am so excited to start this journey! Does anyone know if they provide a paper copy of the acceptance letter?
