Dear Nurse Beth,
Why nursing credit hours and nursing classes are not transferring?, for example, I had to change my school, I spend time, hard work and money, Is not right, I had only 4 weeks to graduate, and now they want me to repeat all the classes, I had A and B.
Dear Not Transferring,
Schools are not required to honor another school's nursing classes, and a mid-program school change is not simple. Many schools do not accept mid-program transfers into their nursing program, although they are more flexible with intra-program transfers.
I'm sorry you had to change your school 4 weeks before graduation. If you are not able to go back to your original school, you may have to repeat your classes.
Best wishes,
Nurse Beth

I can vouch for this too - because my husband was active duty and we moved a lot, I have repeated so many courses that it boggles my imagination and my checkbook.
Is there any way to complete your degree at your original school? Even if you have to move back and live in hotel it might still be cheaper in the long run.
