If you have all your pre-reqs done you get preference in the nursing program......so I would really like to have these last classes done this summer.
But am I crazy to try to do both???
I have 3 kids home for the summer.......I have NOTHING planned during the school week, but my weekends are packed getting ready for a mission trip in August and a couple of camping trips.
I took anatomy before about 15 years ago (have to take it again though, required in the last 10 years) so I figure I have an upper leg in that class, having taken it before.
What do you think????????
My school does the accelerated summer thing for those classes as well. I did NAS 161 in 6 weeks! Of course my 1 year old son was in day care. I did a lot of studying and did not take the 5 week NAS 162!
Because of the age of your children, I think you won't have any problems. Just work your butt off, nothing you won't be doing while in the nursing program...
I am taking them both this summer.
I have two very young children, one 3.5 and one 1.5. I am a good student, and think I will do well. I also work part time.
The kids will be in full time daycare this summer so that I can study. To me, it is worth it to really really really work my tail off for a short period of time rather than drag it out.
HELLO! im a sophomore and trying to get all my pre reqs in before i applly in February. I am taking A&P I this summer in a 6 week course! can anyone tell me how they did or how hard it is and how many hours of studying you had to do! this information will help me prep for this class! thankyouuuuu =]

I am also taking A&P 1 over the summer, 4 days a week for 8 weeks. Hope we all succeed in our adventure.
