How can nurses tell another nurse "you are over caring for your residents" my heart has been broken because that is part of the nurses prayer is to take care of our residents. I just need to hear nurses thoughts to help me stay up beat in such a cruel place!! Thanks

What do your colleagues comments mean? Did you ask for examples of how you are over-caring? Are you showing a lot of anxiety and concern? or are you crossing boundaries in the therapeutic relationship?
