Covenant, UT Med Center or East Tenn Children's?

We are moving to Knoxville to be closer to family, and I would like to know if anyone has any info about the Covenant System, UT or East Tenn Children's.

I am a new RN with 7 months experience in outpatient pediatrics doing well-child (KidMed) check-ups. I'm coming from Louisiana, so the low pay is no shocker to me...

:confused:What are the benefits like? Pay? Nurse/pt. ratio?

I am hoping for postpartum or peds, even L&D.

I would go with Children's..I've heard good things. I believe UT now does all their peds through Childrens if I recall correctly. Perhaps you could contact a nurse recruiter for more of the details re pay and benefits.
