This is the best text search engine I've found. Saved literally hundreds of dollars since I started nursing school. Verify with your instructors that you truly need the latest version of a book. It's rare that you actually do....
I just finished N3 at CCM. VERY tough program. We are down about 50% of our starting N1 class. Be ready to get killed in N2 & N3. I am days which is very competitive. Be ready for no social life and no sleep by the time you reach N3. I recommend that you go to yahoo groups and try to get into the CCM Nursing site. It's a place where study material is shared and questions are answered. It is invite only, because it was previously on the CCM email, and one of the Professors posed as a student, entered and wiped it out or so the rumors go. If you get to the title page there is a paragraph that should help you get in. I get most of my books at cheaptextbooks.com. There are some really great teachers, and some really bad ones. Just remember that once you get your license the whole school experience will be nothing but a bad dream. Always remember that nursing school's purposes is to teach you to pass the State Board test. Unless you get a really good teacher, or the benifit of good nurses at your clinical assignments, you are going to come out of school with few skills. Good luck, it is do-able as long as you don't try to do anything else at the same time.
thank you soo much. i have tried the website and several others and the only one i can come up with (with the current edition) is the Fundamentals of Nursing (2004)....
Wow it seems that when nur2 comes around i will definately have to adjust my hours at work............
i hope you continue to do well because it is almost over
