17! I'm so jealous of those with so many less! We didn't even get a spring break. How many days is your contract? We have 200 but have to make up all our snow days and we had several this year which made our year longer.

My contract is 180 days. We started August 19 and had 5 or 6 emergency days.

Kids go 180 days, I work 5 before school starts and one staff day at the end of each semester, so 187 for me.

22 days and counting! Wish the nonsense visits would cease and desist so I could get some of the clean up paper work done!

9 days counting today!!! contracted 185, kids go 180 and I worked those extra 5 days in already so I am leaving with the kids next week!!

I do 2 days before students, optional 2 days after, 180 student days.

We have 180 days with the kids, 185 days total. Staff days are before school starts and during the year. We end the same day kids do. 26 days after today.

We have 21 more days left, we always go until the middle of June, seniors graduate on 6-18.

I graduated from this school system the first week of June... but we did not have spring break "back in the day". The entire school gets restless between Christmas and Memorial Day. Spring break has helped decrease the lovely fights we have on occasion.

Come on summer

22 Days?? i think that sounds about right. But it doesn't matter. I roll right from the school year into summer school - not that summer school's a huge deal - 4 hours a day - dress pretty much how i want to and see zero kids a day. Oh and make bank for doing it. That's why it's hard to turn down. At least i have all of august off -i don't want to see a kid in august!
