Could this history prevent me from receiving my license?

Hi there! 
I hope someone will be able to give me some thoughts on this subject. I would like to get my nursing license. I am currently a CNA. My level two background check has never given me an issue. I am allowed to work with children and those with disabilities. But I am concerned about my criminal history. I have a DUI with property damage and possession of paraphernalia, this was June of 2013. Then in April of 2014 I was charged with driving while license revoked, this was a felony charge. I understand the BON looks at these things by a case by case basis but I really would like to hear some of your thoughts on this. Do you think this will be an issue for me? These charges are from 9-10 years ago.
