on Indeed.com, Corona Regional Medical Center wanna hire RN New Grad to be Clinical Partner (= CNA). I guess the economy is not getting better anytime soon!
Just received a call for an interview at Corona. Good luck to those who applied.
I don't know anyone that works at the hospital. I don't know how many people they are interviewing or or many they are hiring. I will be asking lots of questions tomorrow because I am still unsure of what the position actually entails.Hopefully I can get more information tomorrow. Good luck! All she told me to bring was my resume.
Well I got a call today for an assessment test...........did you have to take and assessment test? The info I got was that there are 10 positions that are open 5 day and 5 night. The job consists of doing CNA work including sitting, bathing so on and so on......start pay is CNA pay. Good luck tomorrow!
I wasn't told about an assessment test either.MMC10: When is your assessment test?
When I find out more information tomorrow I will post it.
My assessment test is Friday. They probably have their own system of picking and choosing who takes the test. I was told that after the assessment test (if I pass) is an interview and if that goes well then I get a panel interview. Please let me know how the interview went.......what kind of questions they ask.......if everything goes well this would be my first interview.
Carreont: For the new grad rn care partner program i was told the start pay 10 something I can't recall the exact cents.
i wonder if the assessment test is the same as the assessment that I took when I applied with Reancho Springs. They're both under the universal health system. The test from what I can remember asked situational type questions and it was a multiple choice test that took some time to complete. Well for me it did.
I believe it is the same test because she had mentioned during my interview that I had taken the test in Oct at Rancho Springs. It isn't really an assessment that you can study for. Like carreont mentioned it is a lot of situational questions that require some thinking, but not too difficult.
