copy of lost nclex result

hi.im from philippines,i took nclex last 2008.I want to ask how to get a replacement copy of nclex result because i lost the one that the ca bon sent me.i already email them several times and its been 7 weeks with no reply.ive tried to call them but no answers.hope you can help me.

Your file has been abandoned as it's been longer than 3 years. Why do you need your pass letter? If for another BoN you need to complete the form and pay the fee to have CABRN transfer your results to another BoN. They won't reissue for free. Plus if you aren't licensed by 8 years post test you need to retake the nclex in CA

There is a fee to pay for CABRN to foreword your results. Surprisingly a duplicate nclex pass letter obtained before the 8 year mark is only $10.

Is it under licenses form and ask for request duplicate license?thanks

Send your request with the $10 to CABRN it seems the form no longer exists. Give as much detail as possible and send it via traceable method
