Coppin State Gpa

U.S.A. Maryland

Published

Hey everyone,

Im currently applying to Coppin State universitys nursing program. I wanted to know for those currently attending or have attended, what was the gpa and TEAS scores which they were accepted with? I wanna know what my chances are? I currently have a 3.1 gpa, and will be graduating in the spring with a bachelors degree in biology so this is a second bachelors for me. Thanks for your help in advance

I just graduated from Coppin. Lectures are usually 1 or 2 days a week. Can be any weekday from 8 am to 5 pm or later. Clinicals are usually one day a week 7am-7pm or two 8 hour days morning or evening. I've actually had several 12 hour clinicals on saturdays.

Thanks so much. Im very anxious. I really hope i get accepted.

Thanks, I will be taking the nclex sometime next month.

You should'nt have a problem getting in if you have a 3.0 gpa and no grades lower than a B on your transcript. And I guess you have to pass the TEAS.

Congrats ! I'm applying for the Fall 2013 second degree BSN program. When did you find out you were accepted and how's the program so far ? Are you able to work during the program ? Sorry for bombarding you with questions ! 

At the beginning I worked full time. Through most of the program I worked part time.
