Cooling Blanket for HIE

Does anyone use a blanketrol 3 for cooling for HIE? If so, do you use developmental aids for comfort?

Actually, I looked up our policy and it's against it to put anything underneath it. They're worried about the shift of the water inside the blanketrol and uneven cooling.
