Cook Children's October 2015 Residency

Hi friends,

Anyone else interviewing for the October residency program at Cook Children's? If so, have you heard anything about how many students applied/interviewed/and will be hired? I've heard in the past the October Cohort receives less applicants but who knows! Any insight on anything or any news would be much appreciated!

I interviewed on the 14th and am patiently waiting for a phone call! Has anyone heard anything yet?

No I haven't heard anything! At this point I've kind of assumed I didn't get it since in the past everyone seems to have heard by Wednesday. The waiting is killing me though! Anyone else heard anything?

It should be today or tomorrow. They didn't make calls yesterday.

No problem. They said tomorrow by the end of the day and for our cohort they gave us a day to respond so there's a good chance it's today that you will hear.

Hi! I'm from Pennsylvania, I flew down and interviewed in person on the 15th. I haven't heard anything either. I'm hoping it's a trend. My application is still live and the website says that they're making their announcements tomorrow (the 24th) so maybe they've changed it this year? Best of luck to all of you!
