Continuing care retirement communities

Does anyone work at one of these. I have an interview next week and im interested to know about it.

I've worked at 2 CCRCs. They were very different in the kinds of services they provided. Do you have specific questions?

Just any pointers on doing a good interview..Anything specific that I should treat different than an interview from another clinical area? I have looked into this place and I really would like to leave a good impression. Thanks

You have tobe able to change gears quickly. If you have a SNF, an assisted living, and independent living, you have to be able to deal with all 3 simultaneously. Customer service is extrordinarily in an upscale CCRC so touch on that. What position is this for?

I went today. I would be a Nurse manager of the skilled nursing area. Its as close as you get to SNF in that facitlity. The place was extremely nice. Its a whole community with house, apartments, assisted living, and skilled nursing. they also have a golf course tennis courts, inside pool, walking trails, gym, and daycare center. Im excited :)
