Contacting Texas BON

Hey everyone... I'm looking for tips or advice on getting a hold of someone at the TEXAS BON. I am trying to endorse in Texas and having trouble completing the necessary steps and can't verify if there is an error somewhere on my application. If anyone has a different number or experience going in person, I'd kindly take any and all suggestions. Thanks in Advance. Alma

I myself am having a hard time contacting them. I get the automated message telling me to press on the appropriate option, but it doesn’t actually route me anywhere...

does anyone know if I could apply for both the temp lvn license and permanent license at the same time? Does applying automatically provide the temp license?
