Hi there! It would be best to apply for licensing since that may take some time.

I currently reside in the state of CA, will be hoping to endorse my lvn license to the state of Texas. I am following the steps from the Texas BON and it appears that for residents residing outside of Texas should pay for a hard card submission. I do know that this will take longer (3-7 weeks to process). Would it be better for me to go to my local Identigo center to have those electronically submitted, or to go strictly by what is being recommended on the Texas BON website?

I am planning on moving to Texas during the first quarter of 2021. I do not have a specific date. Would I need a permanent address in Texas before applying for endorsement?

I myself am having a hard time contacting them. I get the automated message telling me to press on the appropriate option, but it doesn’t actually route me anywhere... does anyone know if I could apply for both the temp lvn license and permanent license at the same time? Does applying automatically provide the temp license?

I will be moving to another state hopefully by next year. I currently reside in the state of CA. Once I move to another state and complete the endorsement process to transfer my license over, does that make my current CA LVN license inactive? or would I still be able to keep it active as long as I keep renewing it every 2 years?
