Contacting facility about employment opportunities?

There is a pediatric urgent care in my area that does not seem to be affiliated with any larger company. I believe it is a stand alone facility. This is the only peds urgent care in my area and I was looking on their website for job postings, however there isn't even a "careers" or "employment" section. They do have a "contact us" section though.

Would it be appropriate to use the contact us section to enquire about open positions? I could just stop in with a resume or call during operation hours, but I don't think that would be a good idea.

What do you guys think? What should I say?

I would use the contact us section to inquire about job vacancies, email questions are more respectful of the staffs' time than dropping by.
