I would like to get feedback on these hospitals from those nurses who have worked at this hospital. I think the L&D department has now tied up with Womans Hospital of Texas in the Med center and is now called Womans Hospital of Texas Conroe. Is this a good place to work for a fresh graduate nurse ? Are there learning opportunities for learning skills etc. I am more interested in working conditions and learning opportunity than pay (upto a couple of $/hr) as it is the beginning of my career. Any department or unit preferences ? Has anyone been through their Nursing Internship program - any feedback ? Has anyone done their clinical here - any observations ?
Would truly appreciate any honest feedback.
Thanks
I know this isn't much help but about the only thing I know of this hospital is that they like to keep their sick kids. If we get a transfer from them, we know it must be really bad...

Hey M, when do you need to get back with them? I received an email today from the nurse recruiter at The Woman's hospital in the medical center about setting up an interview. Have you been in contact with them?
